Salon Policy

For your appointment:

We recommend that clients arrive approximately 5 minutes before their treatment is due to start in order to maximise their experience in the salon.

Patch Test:

Patch tests are required 24 hours prior to all tinting, waxing, henna and lash lift treatments.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointments booked at the salon. Cancellations can be made by phoning 086 103 8805.

For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 100% of the service total. “No-show” appointments will be charged 100%. For appointments canceled on the day of appointment or “no-show” appointments, we charge 100% of the service total.

If we do not answer please leave a voicemail, with your name, date and time of appointment and we will cancel this for you without charge once you are over the 24 hours.

Cancellations will not be accepted by email or social media as this will not always be seen within the 24 hours.

We appreciate your understanding on our cancellation policy.

Mobile Devices:

To ensure the comfort of all of our clients we respectfully request that all mobile devices are switched off or put on silent while in the salon.

No Child Policy:

We respectifully request due to Health and Safety reasons clients do not bring children or babies into the salon when having a treatment.

Payment:

We accept cash, all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cheques.

Changes To Website/Brochure:

Prices, treatments and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Consultation Forms:

We require all clients to fill in consultation forms and/or disclaimers using our Paper/online consultations, before having a treatment with us in the salon.

This is to make sure we can give the best treatment and for insurance purposes. There are contraindications to some treatments, and if you are contraindicated, unfortunately we will not be able to perform a treatment for you, either at all or without a doctor’s consent. This is for your own safety.
